Consul General NAKAGAWA addresses at the ORF Seminar

Consul General NAKAGAWA Koichi recently addressed a seminar titled ‘Situating the Bay of Bengal in a Free and Open Indo-Pacific’ organized by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in Kolkata. In his address, NAKAGAWA presented how Bay of Bengal has gained critical significance as maritime highways of global trade and energy flows in the Indo-Pacific region.
