Consul General NAKAGAWA attends the meeting on BGBS 2023

On 22 May, 2023, Consul General NAKAGAWA Koichi attended a meeting in Kolkata on upcoming BGBS 2023 hosted by West Bengal state. Representatives from a number of Japanese companies operating in the state attended the session and exchanged their opinions with the state representatives. Dr. Amit MITRA, Chief Advisor to the Chief Minister of West Bengal along with Ms. Vandana YADAV, Chairperson, WBIDC expressed their hope that a big business delegation from Japan is going to participate in the BGBS2023 and reassured the state government’s commitment to extend all support to the existing Japanese companies in West Bengal. Consul General wishes to extend continuous support to business activities of Japanese companies.
