Consul General NAKAGAWA Koichi attended JICA Alumni Association of India (JAAI) Eastern Region’s international Technical Seminar

On January 30, 2024, Consul General NAKAGAWA Koichi delivered his remarks at the international technical seminar titled “Rhetoric and Realities of Attaining Net Zero” organized by the JICA Alumni Association of India (JAAI) Eastern Region in association with JICA and the Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management (IISWBM), Kolkata. In his speech, Consul General mentioned the important contributions to Japan-India relations, including the activities of Indian experts who had been trained at JICA programs in Japan.
