On August 30, 2023, Consul General of Japan in Kolkata, Mr. NAKAGAWA Koichi met with Prof. Sugata Bose, Chairman of Netaji Bhavan and Prof. Sumantra Bose, Director of Netaji Bhavan. They discussed various topics including the achievements of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and Rabindranath Tagore in Japan India relationship, ways to promote economic and cultural ties as well as people to people exchanges between the two countries.
