Chat on Japanese Literature / জাপানি সাহিত্যের আড্ডা

Prof. Abhijit Mukherjee, Teacher-in-charge, Japanese Language Course, Jadavpur University and Mr. Sekhar Banerjee, Author and Former Secretary, Paschimbanga Bangla Akademi presented an interesting ‘adda’ on Japanese literature in Bengali. This session of free interactions in Bengali, as a sequel to the previous discussion on a Bengali perspective of Japanese literature was held live on the Facebook page of Consulate General of Japan in Kolkata on 23 September 2021. They presented various facets of the philosophy of literature prevalent in Japan, its influence on its society and some relevance to Bengali literature. The audience put forth several questions, which both Prof. Mukherjee and Mr. Banerjee answered, providing more knowledge for everyone.
