New Year's Party at the Consul-General's Official Residence

Consul General NAKAGAWA Koichi hosted a New Year's party at his official residence on January 29th, 2023, in which about 40 people from the Japanese community in West Bengal, Odisha and Jharkhand were present.
In his opening remarks, Consul General NAKAGAWA reaffirmed his commitment to further extend his support to the Japanese community and companies in the jurisdiction of the Consulate-General of Japan in Kolkata. He also mentioned that the year 2023 is an important year for both Japan and India, as Japan holds G7 presidency and India holds G20 presidency this year.
