The Project for Provision of Medical Equipment for Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Matri Bhavan in Kolkata

Under the Government of Japan’s Grant Assistance for Grassroots Projects (GGP) Scheme, on behalf of the Government of Japan, Consul-General of Japan in Kolkata, Mr. NAKAMURA Yutaka, signed a Grant Contract with the Secretary of the recipient organisation, Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Matri Bhavan (RKSMMB), Pravrajika Anirvanaprana for the grant amount US$ 73,562 on March 02, 2022.
The grant will be utilized by the Organisation to implement a project titled “The Project for Provision of Medical Equipment for Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Matri Bhavan in Kolkata”, where they will be for equipping RKSMMB, with 6 advanced medical equipment – Fully Automated Immunology Analyzer, Haematology Analyzer, Bio Chemistry Analyzer, Universal Ventilator, Multipurpose Operation Table, CO2 Insufflator and to provide better medical care to poor and needy community.
In his speech, Consul-General NAKAMURA expressed his hope that, on the occasion of the 70thAnniversary of the Establishment of the Diplomatic Relationship between Japan and India this year, the friendship between Japan and West Bengal will be further promoted through this project, as well as it will benefit the community to the maximum possible extent.
