Inauguration of The Project for Provision of Medical Equipment for Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Matri Bhavan in Kolkata

On December 05, 2022, Mr. NAKAGAWA Koichi, Consul General of the Consulate General of Japan in Kolkata, along with the representatives of the recipient organization, Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Matri Bhavan (RKSMMB) inaugurated “The Project for Provision of Medical Equipment for Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Matri Bhavan in Kolkata”.
Under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Project (GGP) Scheme, RKSMMB utilized the grant amount of US$ 73,562 to procure 11 advanced medical equipment such as Fully Automated Immunology Analyzer, Haematology Analyzer, Bio Chemistry Analyzer, Universal Ventilator, Multipurpose Operation Table, CO2 Insufflator. It is expected that, in coming years with this support of GGP, better medical care to poor and needy community will be provided.
Consul General NAKAGAWA expressed his deep appreciation and encouragement to RKSMMB, stating about the works of the Organization in enhancing the overall Health Infrastructure and better accessibility of essential & latest technology in medical services to the vulnerable sections of the society.
Pravrajika Alokaprana, Assistant Secretary of RKSMMB, expressed gratitude to the People and the Government of Japan and mentioned that how the modern and highly advanced medical equipment supported by GGP will support them to increase their service to provide a smooth treatment to the poor and underprivileged women and children of the society.
