On November 16 2023, Consul General NAKAGAWA visited the residences the family members of Justice Radhabinod Pal.
He expressed his appreciation for the contribution of Justice Pal and his family members in further strengthening friendship and mutual understanding between Japan and India.
He also enjoyed conversation with them on then Prime Minister Abe’s visit to Kolkata and meeting with their family.
