Consul General Nakagawa addresses the Inaugural Session in the International Conclave organized by WBNUJS

On November 23, 2024, Consul General Nakagawa Koichi addressed the Inaugural Session in the International Conclave on Relevance of Justice Dr. Radha Binod Pal’s Dissent in International Law held in Kolkata, organized by West Bengal National University of Juridical Science. In his speech, Consul General talked about historical and spiritual relationship between Japan and India highlighting Japan`s connection with Justice Pal.
