On August 18, 2025, an Awareness Program on Academic and Professional Opportunities for Students Concerning Japan was held at Presidency University with Deputy Consul General ASHIDA in attendance. The program was designed to introduce students and faculty to the diverse academic, cultural, and professional opportunities available in Japan, particularly through exchange initiatives. The major highlight of the program was the announcement of a new course on Japanese Language and Culture at Presidency University.
