On November 11, Mr. MOTEGI Toshimitsu, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, issued the following message of condolences to H.E. Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister of the Republic of India, regarding the explosion that occurred in Delhi, the Republic of India yesterday:
"There was an explosion that occurred in Delhi, India, resulting in the loss of many precious lives and casualties. I pray for the souls of the victims and extend my deepest condolences to the be-reaved families. I also offer my heartfelt prayers for the early recovery of the injured."
