A Culinary Celebration of International Exchange at Consul-General ISHIKAWA's Residence with Kikkoman Soy Sauce!

On Monday, December 15, a special culinary event in collaboration with Kikkoman India was held at the Official Residence of Consul-General ISHIKAWA. Attended by diplomatic corps members, media, and celebrities from Kolkata, the event featured a unique highlight: attending Consuls-General each prepared a signature dish using Kikkoman India's soy sauce, creating an impressive, globally-inspired buffet. Mr. ASHIDA, Deputy Consul-General also captivated guests with a live sushi-making demonstration. With superb Japanese sake also served, attendees thoroughly enjoyed this immersive experience of Japanese culinary culture.
