On February 8, 2026, Deputy Consul General ASHIDA attended the inauguration ceremony of the 20th Kolkata International History and Heritage Exhibition at Sabarna Sangrahashala, the unique and renowned family museum administered by Sabarna Roy Choudhury Poribar Parishad. Consulate General of Japan in Kolkata supported this exhibition by providing some exhibits for better awareness about Japan.
