Consul General of Japan Mr. ISHIKAWA Yoshihisa inaugurates the 20-th batch of PGPEX-VLM Program at IIMC

On April 17, 2026, Consul General ISHIKAWA Yoshihisa inaugurated the 20th batch of the PGPEX-VLM Program for the Academic Year 2026-27 at the Joka campus of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC). During the inaugural ceremony, he addressed management students, faculty members, professors, and coordinators from IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIM Calcutta, and Nagoya University, as well as representatives from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Japan International Cooperation Centre (JICE).
